This Condo is a Lower Level Walk Out with a Great View of the 16th Fairway/Green, and has a Babbling Brook between the Condo and golf Course. with a very large side yard, Great for Pets.
The Living Room has a Great wood burning Fireplace, we supply the firewood.
A New Queen Sofa Sleeper and a Large Recliner with a 36" TV/DVD and some board games.
The Dining area has seating for four and an extra leaf for table, also a stand up bar.
The Kitchen is Fully Stocked, we even supply the coffee,tea,cream,sugar,hot chocolate and pop corn.
Hallway has a full size Washer and Dryer, we supply the laundry detergent and dryer toweletts.
Master Bedroom has a King Bed and TV, a Patio Door and Great View of the Course.
Master Bath has a Jetted Tub.
Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a TV.
A Hall Guest Bath.
The Patio is furnished with a round table and four chairs, a Gas Grill.
