This large four bedroom, three bath, completely furnished home is offered for a minimum stay of three months for any portion of the ski season. The house is on twenty three acres with extensive cross country ski trails. Sledding, snow shoeing, skating are avaliable right out the front door. Within a short drive are six major ski areas, Killington, Pico, Okemo, Bromley, Stratton, and Middlebury Snow Bowl. The house has a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. It also has clean, safe electric baseboard heat with individual thermostats in each room.

This property is rented for a three month minimum period for $1,000 per month. Full cost ($3,000) is due when you agree to rent and reserve the property. This cost includes both heat and electricity. A reasonable, refundable, security deposit will also be required.
