You'll arrive to an unbeatable location directly opposite Coonskin Lift 7. Once inside, feel the warmth and charm of a private, professionally-designed home. This is not your typical rental unit. You'll be captivated by stunning mountain views that beckon you through a wall of floor to ceiling windows. Then luxuriate in the impeccable decor, plush down-filled seating, and artwork.
Relax...everything you could possibly want has been provided for you...down to the last kitchen gadget and thirsty towel! And if by chance, you do need something, personal assistance is only a phone call away!
ACCOMMODATIONS
A few short steps through a heated hallway lead to your front door. From there you have almost complete privacy with no neighbors adjoining three sides of your home. Immediately upon entering you'll be struck by the abundance of natural sunlight, spectacular views, and unbeatable location. Inside, you'll be warmed by in-floor radiant heat under rich hardwood floors that adorn the kitchen, dining, and living areas of this 3-bedroom*, 2-bath residence. And with services such as daily maid service and plush spa robes, you'll have all the luxuries of a 5-star hotel in the comfort and space of a private home!
GOURMET KITCHEN
The open floor plan features a spectacular new kitchen with alder wood cabinets, rich granite counters, commercial grade stainless steel appliances including a Viking Gas Range, and a center island where friends and family can enjoy a hot chocolate or glass of wine while dinner is being prepared. The dining table seats 6 to 8 comfortably.
LIVING ROOM
The most luscious down-filled sofa and oversized leather chairs/ottomans will comfort you after a long day on the slopes or at the end of a summer's hike. Sit down. Put your feet up and enjoy the unparalleled alpenglow views as the sun begins to set. A top of line stereo system with built in-speakers has been installed for you to enjoy your favorite music. The DVD/CD/TV are also channeled through the built-in speakers so that you can enjoy a favorite movie. Or if you want to keep in touch with the outside world, connect with the FREE wireless high-speed Internet or Unlimited free long-distance calling within the continental US.
BEDROOMS & BEDDING
We personally tested numerous beds to find the mattresses that would offer you the most restful sleep. These no-spring latex foam mattresses have no pressure points so you will not feel your partner move during the night and you'll awake feeling utterly refreshed. Our linens are soft pima cotton for silky smoothness under the down-comforters which will keep you toasty warm on cold nights. The rooms are configured queen, queen, and two twins that can be made up as a king. *Please note that the 3rd bedroom is on a separate level and very private yet does not have a door.
BATHS
Plush spa robes and Judity Jackson bath products will be provided to you by our daily housekeeping services. Take a steam shower in the master bath to loosen sore muscles or step across to the two indoor hot tubs and let your cares soak away. The Bosch washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience.
PROPERTY
The property is situated on 5 park-like acres and offers two indoor hottubs. Private parking is also provided. There is a large private ski closet in the heated hallway where you can store your gear. Grocery store, equipment rental, video rental, and many other conveniences are all located within 1 block. The free in-town shuttle, the Galloping Goose, stops directly in front of the property.

PROPERTY LOCATION
This property is ideally located directly in front of Coonskin Lift 7 in the picturesque town of Telluride. In winter, simply step across a narrow, one-way street onto Lift 7 to be whisked up to the mid Mountain. The lift is just 100 yards away!
Restaurants are an easy stroll down Pacific Avenue. Within 1 block of our property is a grocery store, liquor store, ski equipment rental, video rentals, and the charming West End Tavern among other conveniences. The free in-town shuttle, the Galloping Goose, stops directly in front of the property.
The condo itself is situated in a park-like setting on 5 pristine acres of land. In the summer time, you'll enjoy barbecuing on the gas grill directly outside your door.
