The "Sunset Hideaway" is a beautiful, environmentally friendly, four bedroom, two baths, solar powered home, nestled within three acres of land. It is located on the shores of Brassua Lake. Brassua Lake is one of the only remaining undeveloped lakes on the east coast. There are 300 feet of water frontage containing a dock for boaters. This secluded home borders 43 acres of wilderness. It offers breathtaking sunsets, great swimming, excellent fishing and frequent sightings of moose and other wildlife.
The house includes a hot tub, stone fireplace, washer/dryer, DVD/VCR/satellite television and a telephone with answering machine. The house offers our guests amazing lake views, a private beach and a private dock for fishing, swimming and your personal boat. We have a canoe available for your use. If you prefer you can rent a motor boat from the resort at reasonable rates.

Pricing is as follows:
The House is rented on a weekly basis in July & August from Sunday to Sunday. From September to June the house can be rented daily with a two night minimum.
Pricing is based on the first 6 people. Additional people are $300/person/week or $50/person/day.
Weekly: $2,125 (required in July & August, optional the rest of the year)
Daily Off Peak: $425

The sunset hideaway located on Brassua Lake is a fisherman's dream. Brassau Lake has some of the best fishing in the area. Just fish off the dock and you'll catch fish. In addition, the resort rents a variety of equipment to help you enjoy your vacation such as skis, snowmobiles, boats, bicycles, and more. They offer adventure packages where you can fly, boat, white water rafting, ski, hike, fish, and much more with guides and equipment at reasonable rates. For the golfer lovers, there are two courses within driving distance. Moose River Golf Course on Route 201 in Jackman is a 9 hole course, par 3, 1,976 yd. The Squaw Mountain Village Golf Course is one of the oldest golf courses in the United States. It has 9 challenging holes, and no tee times are, and cart and club rentals are available. This is a very scenic course, with expansive views of Moosehead Lake from several holes. The course is 3.1 miles north of downtown Greenville on Route 15.A driving range is located at Leisure Life Resort, just off of the Lily Bay Road less than 1 mile from downtown Greenville. Club rentals and baskets of balls are available here.
