Casa de Emdeko: Casa de Emdeko is oceanfront. Casa de Emdeko is laid-back and comfortable. The CASA DE EMDEKO condominiums are located ocean-front in the world famous town of Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. Kailua-Kona is known for its breathtaking, never-ending sunsets and are taken in by locals and tourists every evening. Casa De Emdeko is located about 2 miles south of Kailua-Kona Shopping Village on the ocean side of Alii Drive. This is one of the few projects in Kona that can offer central air conditioning. The beach front cabana is perfect for family reunions, and other small parties that can be reserved in advance. It offers pleasant accommodations in a picturesque oceanfront property. While there aren't very many bells and whistles, guests can enjoy the Pacific Ocean or laze by the pool and soak up the sun. The property is nicely maintained and the grounds are well manicured. This is a low-rise complex, located nearby dozens of shops and restaurants. Let the cares slip away while you enjoy the sunny, sandy coast of the blue Pacific. It's only two miles to fine dining and shopping, and splendid beaches are within three miles where you can soak up the sun, boogie board and snorkel. Relax by the large salt water pool or the fresh water pool or dip your toes in the ocean. This complex offers two swimming pools (one is fresh water and the other is salt/fresh water and is oceanfront), elevators, a sandy sunning beach above a seawall, gas cooking grills, a cabana with full showers and dining area which overlooks the ocean, from which we have often watched dolphin pods swim by or enjoyed the beautiful sunsets (complementary coffee is available in the morning in the cabana). Well maintained grounds with gardens and a waterfall give the complex a scenic
