The rear balcony of this newly renovated property is situated to offer a serene park view. A short stroll through this beautifully landscaped park leads you to the large free form swimming pool and Jacuzzi. A major decision each day will be whether to enjoy the sun at the beach or pool side. And when it’s time go dining, shopping, or enjoying the nightlife, Old Town is close by and an easy bike ride away. Ahhhh. . .life in paradise is good.
The interior layout of this property was designed to maximize the opportunity to take in the ocean view from many of the rooms. It was recently renovated and appointed with many luxurious features. The kitchen has beautiful lighting and cabinetry and a view of the ocean. The open kitchen floor plan flows into the living room which leads to a spacious sitting balcony which overlooks the ocean. This open floor plan creates a spacious feeling and makes it ideal for entertaining the family or a group of friends.
The layout of the bedrooms is ideal for a family or three couples. The luxurious master suite has a king size bed with ocean view, and private entrance to the balcony. The master bath is also luxurious with maple cabinetry, custom tile work and glass block, and a large Jacuzzi bath tub. Down the hall off the living room are two additional bedrooms and the second full bathroom. These bedroom have views of the landscaped park setting down below.
This condominium is one of the most desirable locations in the complex as it is the end unit - so you only have neighbors on one side. It is located on the second floor which can be reached by stairs or elevator. There is designated covered parking, and plenty of space for additional vehicles. The condominium complex is gated and secured with an electronic key entrance.
This home is offered as an exclusive vacation rental in the most requested beach front location in Key West. The property will not tolerate smoking inside. Only well behaved children are welcome. This property is not ’child-proof.’ We do not accept guests under 25 years of age unless accompanied by a family group or guardian. Pets are not allowed.
