Decorated by an Interior Designer in a Tropical Tommy Bahama style, this beautiful unit sits among the swaying palms that over look a lush greenbelt within the The Coconut Plantation gated community, located within the Ko Olina Resort Gates. A total stainless Kitchen with all the upgrades, Granite Counters, Marble Flooring, and large Rattan Fans in all rooms. Plantation Shutters throughout the entire condo, Tropical Wall Paper in Bathrooms. Master Suite is very private and closes off from rest of the condo, with it's own French Door leading out to the spacious Lanai. Queen plush top mattresses in both bedrooms, with custom luxury bedding, and high thread count cotton sheets. Each room has windows located on two sides, giving the extra benefit of the soft trade winds. The Den can easily be converted to a third
bedroom with it's Queen Sleeper Sofa, for for longer stay will convert to office.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded appliances and all the amenities you need to enjoy cooking your own meals. All Bed and Bath Linen's are included along with Soaps and Cleaning Supplies.
A small laundry room has full-sized Washer & Dryer.
Our condo bright & happy and offers lots of privacy. The Lanai is spacious and has a Teak Table and six chairs. There is a fully enclosed Garage and one other available parking spot. This unit is under five years old and kept in immaculate condition. It has primarily been used by our mainland guests and only recently has been rented for a six month period. This is a smoke free, pet free unit, and we discourage anyone who smokes not to rent our condo.

30 Day Minimum Rental Period: Requirement by the State of Hawaii & KoOlina Resort. NO exceptions!
Cancellation Policy: Rental,Security & Cleaning Deposits will be refunded with 60 days prior written notification with the exception of the rental during the month of December,requiring 90 day notice.
We require a 50% Rental Deposit to hold a reservation, which is 100% refundable. The balance is due 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Security Deposit of $500 is required 30 days prior to check-in in a separate chec or money-order. This check is not cashed unless there is damage to our unit, and is returned to you 10 to 15 days after your scheduled departure. Any damages to the condo will be deducted.
Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee of $250 paid 30 days prior to check-in. This is only refuded with a 60 day cancellation.
G.E.Tax of 11.92% of the total rental cost, must be paid 30 days prior to check-in.
Utilities & basic Cable are included. Specific channels and programing can be added per the cost of our cable company.
Absolutely no Pets.
Our "No Smoking Policy" is strongly enforced.

The Coconut Plantation, is in a private gated community within the Ko Olina Resort. The property is built in the Old Plantation style with covered Lanai's, The grounds are landscaped with beautiful tropical plants and hundreds of swaying Coconut Palms, with lush grassy areas everywhere. Other amenities include two swimming
pools, with Jacuzzis, BBQ, Recreation Area, and a grassy grove with hammocks. The award winning Ted Robinson Championship Golf Course surrounds the property. There are walking paths that wind throughout, and only a short five minute walk to the spectacular sandy beaches and aqua blue lagoons. Marriott's five star J.W. Marriott Ihilani Hotel and Spa and two newly built Marriott Time
Shares offer lots of amenities, with inside and outside dining and entertainment. There is also a Roy's Five Star Restaurant that just opened this year.
Property Activities
The Marriott properties offer a wide range of recreational beach rentals, They also offer daily Shuttle Service (for a fee) to Waikiki. Honolulu International Airport is only 25 to 30 minutes
away, and 30 to 35 minutes to Waikiki. This is the sunny West end of the island with many beautiful beaches. There is a beautiful Ko Olina Marina that offers daily boating and snorkling excursions. You can also arrange for half day and full day private fishing trips.
