Be our guest, unwind and relax in this hard to find spacious condo at 'The Cliffs' on Cupecoy Beach - the newest, ultra luxury, state-of-the-art condominium building on the island (opened June 2007). This exquisite vacation home was featured in the December 2008, "Caribbean Travel & Life magazine and displayed as the premier condo in the photo layout of The Cliff official rental website. You may book through this website for owner-direct savings.

Directly overlooking the Caribbean Sea on one side and the Simpson Bay lagoon all the way to Anguilla on the other guests enjoy the spectacular, panoramic 180-degrees ocean view over the pristine white sand and crystal-clear sapphire waters of secluded Cupecoy Beach.

Entering your "home away from home", you will know you are on vacation. It has everything you need to provide for your comfort during your vacation: oversized living and dining rooms for lounging and entertaining, stunning views from living and all bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter top, stainless steal KitchenAid® appliances incl. Cappuccino/ Espresso machine and all necessary utensils for preparing a gourmet meal. The sliding doors lead out to your three extra large private patios. Other amenities include 60" DLP TV, in the living room and 42" Plasma TV's in each of the 3 bedrooms with DVD players. Internet access is available, phone, Central A/C (room controlled), Safe deposit box, Washer and Dryer. Our Master bedroom has a King size bed and walk-in closet, the Master bath a Jacuzzi/ shower. The Guest bedrooms also include king beds all with luxurious mattresses. Linens, towels and beach towels are provided.

Cupecoy is ideally located just 5 minutes from Juliana International Airport and within walking distance from casinos, quality international restaurants and St. Maarten's only golf course. It's a 10 minute drive to Marigot, the French St. Martin's capital, and a 20 minute drive to Philipsburg, Dutch St. Maarten's capital.

Weekly rates are: High Season(Dec 15 to April 14) 3-Bdrn - $6200; As a 2 bdroom - $4500: Low Season (April 15 to Dec 14) 3-bdrm $4200; as a 2-bdrm $3200. Holiday is a 2 week minimum, $8000 (Dec 15 to Jan 3)(Only 3 bedroom) Will rent as a 3 or 2 bedroom, can lock off one of the rooms to accommodate the two bedroom rental.

    Island Info:        

    St. Maarten/St. Martin is located in the north eastern part of the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean at 18.1°N 63ºW. St. Maarten/St. Martin is 37 square miles and is the smallest land mass to have two governing bodies- Dutch and French. The unique feature of St Maarten is 34 distinct beaches each with their own character. The Dutch Side is 16 square miles and the French Side is 21 square miles. The Capital of the Dutch Side is Philipsburg and Marigot is the Capital of the French Side. Early native Indian settlers dubbed St. Maarten/St. Martin: "Soualiga"- Land of Salt. The Great Salt Pond is located in Philipsburg.

     

    Climate:

    The Climate on St. Maarten/St. Martin is constant year round at about 80°F. The humidity rises during the summer months. There are occasional showers during the late summer, early fall months with an average rainfall of 45 inches.



    Currency:

    The official currency of the Dutch side is the Netherlands Antilles Florin (NAF).

    US$1.00 = NAF 1.80. This is a fixed rate of exchange.



    The official currency of the French side is the Euro (€). €1.00 = +/-  US$1.25. This rate fluctuates.



    The US Dollar is accepted everywhere.



    Languages:

    Although Dutch and French are the official languages of St. Maarten/St. Martin, English is spoken throughout the island. There are over 100 different nationalities on the island, so you can hear many other languages spoken as well, including Spanish, Papiamentu, Hindu and Cantonese.



    Entry Requirements:

    Effective December 31, 2006 all US and Canadian Citizens need a valid passport for entry and a return/continuing ticket.



    Customs:

    St. Maarten is the only completely Duty Free port in the Caribbean.

    St. Maarten is bustling with activities, so every visitor can decide just how involved they would like to get during their vacation. From snorkeling to horse back riding, from sight seeing to sun bathing, there's something for everyone. "Do it all or nothing at all!"

    Christian Dior® Spa:

    The Cliff at Cupecoy Beach will be the home of the Caribbean's first Christian Dior® Spa. The Dior® Institute will offer six targeted facial treatments and four targeted body treatments exclusively using Dior® products. In addition, each therapist will be trained in Paris by Dior® on all the newest techniques and products.

    The balneotherapy side of the spa will offer hydrotheraphy bath treatments, seaweed and mud body masks and scrubs using natural marine products to detoxify and induce relaxation. Exclusive entry by appointment only.



    Views: The site is securely located above the actual beach area and has views of the Caribbean Sea, Simpson Bay Lagoon, French St. Martin and Anguilla.
