Our summer home Birch Hill is located 100 miles NW of NYC. This large four bedroom colonial is fully furnished and turn-key ready with a bluestone fireplace, big eat-in kitchen, dinning room, family room, one and a half baths and a front porch facing west toward spectacular sunsets over the lake. This well maintained home sits on 2 grassy acres amid perennial flower gardens overlooking beautiful Highland Lake. Our sandy beach area is a 5 minute walk away. A tennis court is a 3 minutes walk. We are within 15 to 30 minutes drive to antique stores, farmer's markets, Delaware River recreation and the new Bethel Woods Center for the Arts located on the site of the Woodstock Music Festival.
