Tierra Catalina #70 is a bright, airy, and spacious two-bedroom condo. (1,168 sq feet). The unit was completely remodeled in 2005, so the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, carpet are all brand new! The unit has vaulted ceilings, which gives it a more open feel. Because of the location at the western edge of the complex located on a hill above the rest of the complex, it affords excellent views (from the patio as well as most windows) of the surrounding city and mountains. If you enjoy the winter sunlight, this place will make you happy; facing southeast it offers direct sunlight into the living/dining area for 6-7 hours per day. The complex offers a resort-style outdoor pool and spa, a fitness room, as well as a tennis court.
This contemporary styled condo offers nearly all amenities that you could possibly need. There is a 27" TV and DVD player in the living room which is connected to the 100 watt hi-fi stereo system with Polk Audio speakers. You can also connect your mp3 player to the system with the provided cable. Perfect for the person that needs to accomplish some work while away…or simply check in once in awhile…Your high-speed internet access can be attained via our wireless network, or you can use our desk provided with its own Ethernet cable. For those that need to stay in touch with home while away, there is a local phone connection with unlimited long distance phone calls (US and Canada). The patio comes complete with wonderful views as well as four reclining patio chairs and a table. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom offers a queen sized bed with ample space to be used as an office and/or bedroom.
Tierra Catalina is a resort-style complex that is located in the Catalina foothills 2 miles north of Tucson. The property is near Skyline and Campbell, where the very fine La Encantada Mall, upscale restaurants, and many artists' galleries are found. If you are not familiar with the La Encantada Mall, you will be pleasantly surprised. The Mall offers wonderful shopping opportunities, (Apple store, Pottery Barn, etc.), multiple dining options, as well as a gourmet food store (AJ’s Purveyors of Fine Foods); all are within walking distance from your front door.
