Campania has got a fascination and a charming capacity which you can find throughout the region: across the splendid neapolitan islands (Capri, Ischia, Procida), in the spectacular coast of Amalfi characterized by the precipies on the sea and the peculiar blue of the water, in the magnificent Royal Palace of Caserta, in the archaelogical sites of Pompei and Paestum and in many other lovely centres, as Naples.
For these reasons, the ancients called this land "FELIX".
Naples is so well known, loved and visited: it's a unique city in the world, with proper and unrepeatable features, which charms and captures whoever stays there. And how could it be otherwise in front of the beauty of it's sea, the fascination of it's history, the liking of her people, the loveliness of the various architecture of all times and all styles which adorn the city?
Generally people know just a few things about Naples: the jovial personality of the Parthenopeans, the cookery and the main courses like pizza and pasta which made Naples famous all over the world, the handicraft and so on. But you should search elsewhere the real reason for a journey in Naples: in the millenary history which enriched her culture and made her capital of a reign for long time. You can find numerous and evident traces of it's history in the monuments, churches, buildings as well as in the character of the city far to be provincial.
The peculiarity of Naples lays in the vivid contrast of the city, where you can find, behind the great mansions with rich fronts facing the main roads, innumerable overcrowded houses, more or less wretched, gathered and separated by narrow lanes: it's just here that you will find the typical Neapolitan life, in a lively and rumbling atmosphere.
The only good advice is to invite you to discover the truth in the name, good and bad, which the city has earned, coming here. To live the city with a critical opinion, discovering it's soul, watching it attentively, to overcome that sense of discomfort fomented by the prejudice and the many local stories on the social and environmental degradation of the city.
To do this you need a place to stay in Naples, and it's for this reason that I suggest "The Loft" for your stay.
This is a lovely furnished bed-sit located in a mezzanine of a building in Via Nicotera, a well-known street of the "ancient Naples", in the north of the "spanish quarters", on the back of the famous Plebiscito Square.
In the immediate nearness, besides the important historical buildings, you can find the Politeama Theatre (70 mt. far), Plebiscito Square (250 mt. far), the Royal Palace (250 mt. far), S. Carlo Theatre (300 mt. far), the National Library (350 mt. far) and numerous public meeting places as the very famous "Gambrinus" in Trieste and Trento Square, wine shops and typical "trattorie" and little restaurants which contribute in the creation of a pleasant and quite atmosphere.
"The Loft" it's a just renovated bed-sit with excellent fittings and very good taste.
It's composed of: an entrance with a bathroom (with a shower) and an electric range perfectly equipped.
From the entrance you can reach the living room, about 25 sq.m. wide, where there are two very comfortable divan beds (one of 2 mt. and another of 1,80 mt.) suitable to sleep or to have a rest.
From the living room, through an easy stair, you can reach the intermediate floor with "vaulted ceiling" where you can find a double bed-room. The bed-sit, furnished with a very good taste and very comfortable, it's perfectly fitted as to allow you a wonderful stay.

The electricity consumption is not included, and it will be paid separately.
Credit Cards, Travel Cheques, Bank Cheques can not be accepted. Only CASH.
At the moment of booking, its requested a 30% account of the amount and, at the arrival, a deposit of € 100,00. This will be paid back at the end of the stay deducting electricity consumption.
Eventually caused damages at the house or the furniture must be paid to the owner or another person by him authorised before leaving.
