One of the most fascinating areas of
Apulia is without any doubt the Itria
Valley with its gardens, vineyards and
its enormous fruit plantations, which
surrounds the agglomerates of white
chalked natural stone houses.
It is the Valley of the Trullis, the famous
apulian round houses and towers and
Ostuni may be called the centre of this
area. Ostuni, also called "White City" is
offering a mythic spectacle of ways
going upstairs and downstairs, little
streets and lanes.
Ostuni, so white as the sand on its
beaches, is an accumulation of old
houses in extraordinary traditional style,
without corners, all painted completely
white. Situated are all these houses on
the top of a little hill, here around are
secular olive trees as wide as your eyes
can see. It's an ideal place for
unforgettable holidays in which you can
discover a lot of the treasures and
particularities hidden in this part of the
world: an excellent local cuisine, the
typical flavour of the sea in the air and
sublime views from nearly every point
of the town.
Ostuni is a lively town with
temperament and character, with bars
with life-music, lots of different pubs,
restaurants and trattorias, shortly, really
everything you need for a capital
holiday.
The well restored medieval centre is
passed through a huge number of little
lanes stairways, streets and places.
Flowers along the roads are completing
the impression as well as the little paint
spots of the coloured churches and
bigger palaces.

holiday! The "White Town" like an
eagles eyrie on the hill, the Saracen
towers, the Trullis, the ancient olive
trees on the horizon which seems to
flow in to the sea. This time we will
remember as one of the most beautiful
times we spent on this earth. Also
because of the night entertainment and
the excellent food..."
Only few minutes from the centre of the
town is the villa we are offering to you.
It is one of the Saracen Towers, how
people call this type of a big round
house. The entrance you reach after a
60 mt. alleyway, around and belonging
to the house are 10.000 qm of ancient
olive trees. Also almond trees, fruit
trees and other plants you find on the
property, of course.
The car you may leave on our big private
parking place and approach to the
house by foot, or better to the tower,
which is under the sky.
The Trullo is a 150 qm villa, with 300
qm outside flooring and 40 qm
“sun-parlour”.
It has been completely and tasteful
restored and furnished. You enter the
villa in an arched room, from which: on
the left side to two double room (one in
“alcova”) qnd to the large bath-room
(with tub and shower); in front to a little
living room, where are two one place
bed sofas. From this room you find, on
the right side, a bedroom with one bed
and a wall chest. More to this you can
reach the kitchen and the bathroom
(with shower) from this living room, too.
The kitchen, completly equipped and
with a central piece of furniture.
From the kitchen you can reach, across
an arch, the big salon where we have
carried out two areas: a dining place (a
table with six chairs) and a main living
room, with sofas, cushions, damped
light and atmosphere.
From this living room as well as from
the kitchen directly you can reach a
covered and big patio (45 qm) with two
different areas: one dining place with a
teakwood table and eight seats as well
as another living room outside. From
the patio You can go easily to the
“sun-parlour” where You can completely
sunbathe.

In the above mentioned prices are
included:
towels and bedding (1 change per 7
days, max 2 time)
Credit cards and cheques cannot be
accepted, only CASH.
At the moment of booking it is
requested a 30% account of the amount
and, at arriving, a deposit of € 300,00.
This will be paid back at the end of the
stay deducting final cleaning and the
charges for gas, water and electricity.
Eventually caused damages at the
house or the furniture must be paid to
the owner or another person by him
authorised before leaving.
