You have come to Kolea to relax and it happens as soon as you hear a breeze in the palm trees or see the turquoise water in Anaeho'omalu Bay. Not the day you are packing to go home! A luxury accommodation may be your second thought, but you will have it all at this exquisitely furnished, ground floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms luxury Villa. You will have a spacious 1270 square feet plus a 150 square foot lanai that can accommodate up to 6 people. This villa is unique because it has a direct, open view to the beach club which is only a 2 minute walk from the Villa lanai.
This Villa has been designer decorated to subtly capture the feeling of the Big Island of Hawaii.
The master suite has a California King bed with a luxury bath with a natural stone finish. This large bath contains both a walk-in shower, luxurious “spa-like” soaking tub, and double sinks. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be combined to form another King-size bed and a bathroom with the same tumbled marble finish. In addition there is a queen sleeper sofa in the great room.
If you desire to dine in then you will love this fully equipped, “high-end”, gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has an open design with mahogany cabinets, granite counters, and Kitchen Aid stainless appliances. Dining on the Lanai is easy because it is equipped with a Viking stainless grill and refrigerator.
This Villa has first class electronics package with a flat screen TV in each room, DVR, DVD, stereo, high speed wireless internet, and an IPod stereo adapter so you can listen to your own music.
If you also plan a little work or just want to stay connected, you will love the high speed wireless internet and printer/fax that is available in this Villa. The outdoor lanai provides the perfect “tropical” office.
The Beach Club Pavilion features a full kitchen and barbeque, natural lava rock hot tub, infinity edge pool overlooking the beach, and a children's pool with a sand bottom and waterfall. There is also fully equipped open air exercise room which has modern aerobic equipment and overlooks the pool and the ocean. In addition, there is an extensive network of walking/running trails that can start from the beach club and wind through the Waikoloa area. The beach club is truly an inspirational place to watch the day end on the big island.
Kolea’s premier feature is the direct beach access which is only another minute walk beyond the beach club. This vast beach is a part of the beautiful Anaeho’omalu Bay and is great for lounging in the sun, snorkeling, or checking out the green sea turtles. There are numerous ocean activities available on the beach including Scuba Diving, glass bottom boat, sail and snorkeling cruises, and sunset cruises.

Call for Christmas Rates and for Specials for Pre-Pays and for Extended Stays
Cleaning is scheduled at the end of your stay for a charge of $200.00 for the first 4-persons. An additional $25 per person is required for over 4 people. Mid-week cleaning can be arranged if requested for an additional fee.
Full payment needs to be received 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit of $500 is required to reserve dates.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 1 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. If you cancel 15 to 29 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the rate equivalent to 2 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. No Refunds will be made on reservations canceled within 14 days before your scheduled arrival date during peak season (Dec-April)
Security Deposit Policy:
The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 business days of check-out, after successful check-out inspection for property damage or loss.
