Located at the base of Waimea Canyon, on the sunny west side of Kauai, you are just a short drive to the famous beautiful white sand beach, Polihale. The Napali cruise boats launch just outside your doorstep at the Kikiaola Boat Harbor. Shopping, groceries, movies, and dining are less than two miles from our villa and any other activities you might have in mind may be arranged when you get here. A manager is available 24/7 to assist you with any of your vacation needs.
Our Villa is located directly on the oceanfront. With a lanai that at the front of the villa you may enjoy the ocean sounds and views. Sitting areas enable you to enjoy outdoor dining by the sea, whether it be a sunrise breakfast or a sunset dinner. The tropical landscaped yard provides private, quiet seclusion as you sunbathe on the front lawn or enjoy the spa. All the comforts provided makes this a great home-away-from-home. Rollaways available for larger groups.

The villas are just a mile from Hawaii's widest beach and the entrance to WAIMEA CANYON---the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific", ---truly breathtaking!
Each master bedroom features king-size beds and private baths. The other bedrooms have queen-size beds and are lushly appointed. Each villa has a large heated outdoor spa, outdoor showers and lounging furniture. You can enjoy your meals on the lanais that run full length of the buildings.
Villa II with its large lawn and lush gardens is the favorite for many events, family gatherings, luaus, reunions and even seminars and study groups. Located near this serene setting is the Pacific Missile Range Facility, the Kukuiolono Golf Course, the Polehale State Park with its 17 miles of white sand beaches and the Kaua'i State Park with a manned lifeguard beach. Just next door to the villas is the Kikiaola Boat Harbor where you can secure boat tours of the NaPali Coast, snorkeling and scuba diving trips, or a fishing outing. Surfing and swimming are just outside your front door.
