Nestled deep within the lush Wainiha Valley, Ivy's Kauai Vacation Cottage offers ocean views, waterfall vistas and green valley slopes. All within a 5 minute drive to some of the most pristine beaches on Kauai.
Come share our luxuriant 13+ acres of high mountain valley ... with beautiful vistas to the sea.
Location you ask? We are 4 miles to the beginning of the Napali Coast. 5 miles to Hanalei Town. 1 1/4 miles to the beaches, and zero miles to Shangri-La.

IVY'S Kauai Vacation Cottage
1 - 2 $150 daily. 3 night minimum.
Additional person $20/maximum 2 persons.
$200 deposit required within 10 days
of booking to confirm reservation.
Rent in full due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
(we accept personal/travelers checks/cash)
Cleaning fees $70 - $80
Deposit refunded 14 days after departure
less cleaning fees, damage/replacement costs, if any.
*Privacy Option*
Additional $10 per night to ensure Studio remains vacant.
Cancellation requires a 30 day notice.
If less than 30 days, the deposit will be refunded only
if the house can be rented by another party
during the time reserved, less $50 processing fee.
General excise tax and transient accommodation tax
= 11.25%.
Up to 2 year of age = no charge
Smoking welcome on lanai.
