Callnow 361-727-7555. The Blue House is close enough to the beach to hear the waves and is a comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Port Aransas. This home is perfect for a weekend getaway for two, or a family group. The house sleeps up to 10. The beach, a beach access road and trolley stop are just around the corner. Close to all of Port Aransas amenities and the miles of beautiful beaches. Walking distance to the beach, just around the corner from Sandcastle Drive on 11th Street, next to Banyan Beach Drive. The town, restaurants and all the fun activities are close by too. Lounge on the deck and enjoy the balmy breezes and sounds of the sea. This Beach house is your best location for the yearly SandFest. The festival is walking distance,located around the corner, off of Sandcastle Drive on the beach. Great area for Winter Texans and Snowbirds. Winter 2012 still available.
There is a WI-FI system on site,so be sure to bring your wireless laptop. There is a CD/DVD player in the living area with Cable TV. There is a TV in the master bedroom.
There are three bedrooms,and a full bathroom is just across the hall, from two of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private full bathroom with double sinks. The linens and towels are all provided and are high thread count and high comfort. This home has a fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, gas stove, coffemaker etc. There is a large dining room table and a breakfast bar. Well-behaved pets will be allowed. Arrangements for boat parking can be made by request. The Green House is next door to The Blue House.

Review Submitted September 3, 2011 Date of Stay July 10, 2010 Margret, I just wanted to tell you that we had a great time staying at your house last week in Port Aransas. The house was great and it had everything we needed. We saw Billy several times and he always made sure to ask if we needed any thing. 5 of us went out fishing one day and caught 10 red snapper. I guess I didnt know how good they are to eat, but they are great eating. 4 of the guys got in a round of golf on that course just down the road. It is a very nice course, I just wish it was not so hard. I am sorry about loosing the one house key. We are still looking thru our cars and dirty laundry but nothing yet.
