Escape to this very peaceful and luxurious 2 BR/2BA oceanfront condo located at the water's edge in sunny Poipu, Kauai.
Just 35 feet from the Pacific ocean on Kauai's Southern Coast, this seaside vacation retreat offers some of the best close up ocean views found anywhere in the State of Hawaii.
Visitors to our condo are offered the privacy and convenience of two very well separated master bedrooms, making it ideal for families, honeymooners, or two couples. The oceanfront bedroom has an exceptional view and air conditioning. Ceiling fans and the sounds of the ocean are in both bedrooms.
Enjoy the incredible oceanside swimming pool perched high on a cliff above the blue ocean with a bird's eye view of the Pacific with sailboats, spinner dolphins, and whales swimming by (at certain times of the year).
Romantic sunsets occur nightly and can be enjoyed from the lanai while sipping a refreshing Mai Tai!
Because we are located on the ground level, our guests are free to walk just a few steps out from the lanai to the ocean’s edge and enjoy the spray from the waves and the magnificent and inspirational views of Poipu. The pool is just a few steps away as well.
World famous Brennecke Beach and Poipu Beach are only a short 350 foot stroll along the ocean. We are conveniently located near many other sandy beaches where you can snorkel, swim, board surf, body surf, boogie board, people watch, and sunbathe.
Of the 8 golf courses on Kauai, two 18- hole courses are right in Poipu. Grocery stores and numerous restaurants are nearby, plus many quaint shops for that unique Hawaiian aloha shirt, board shorts, souvenir or gift.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
To reserve your Kauai vacation rental condo requires a $250 security deposit. Sixty (60) days prior to arrival, payment in full is due. Upon receipt of payment the keys are mailed directly to you. You MUST return the keys to me, don't leave them in the condo. Upon receipt of the keys, I mail your security deposit back to you.
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to re-book the condo for that time period. You will be entitled to a refund for any portion of that reservation that is re-booked. You will be responsible for any non booked time.
