This condo is located in a historic compound, which was once part of a working hacienda on the Old Santa Fe Trail. This upstairs unit was recently renovated to include all the modern comforts, yet it retains its old world charm. It features coved viga ceilings, hardwood floors, a wood-burning stove fireplace, niches and troweled plaster walls. Original art of some of Santa Fe's premier artists of years gone by grace its walls.
This private compound is set off of Old Santa Fe Trail and is just a few blocks from the state Capitol building and the Plaza. Fabulous resturants and shops are found nearby. It is an easy walk to Canyon Road and the Acequia Madre up on Arroyo Tenorio (which is the oldest dirt road in Santa Fe) get to gathering spots and is one block from a grocery and coffee shop. This convenient location allows you to enjoy a bit of Santa Fe's interesting historical district.
