The owners of this quality townhouse had a great idea. Combine their
two two bedroom, two bath townhouses into one four bedroom property.
This arrangement works just fine since everyone has his own space
and at the same time everyone can congregate into the family room,
the dining room and the two mirror image kitchens. On the lowest
level there are two bedroom suites with baths. On the middle level
there is a family room with a pool table, gas fireplace(stove), a
dining area large enough to seat everyone, flat screen TVs, wireless
internet access, two refrigerators, two ranges. On the top level
are the two master suites with baths. Located just a half mile from
the Boulder Ski Lift at Heavenly, 1.5 mile from the Stagecoach Ski
Lift at Heavenly and only 2.5 miles from the downtown Casino
corridor and Lake Tahoe. Parking is assigned and located right in
front. Rents are moderate and specials abound.This property is
quality at a bargain price.
