Casa Price,Located in Playacar phase 1, a private, gated, beachfront community.This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has an unobstructed view of the ocean and the island of Cozumel from the LR., DR, kitchen and master bedroom. Enjoy your coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice and breakfast that Rosa will prepare for you in the inside DR or on the patio, you'll have a breath taking view no matter where you dine. There are stairs to the roof from the upstaairs patio for those of you that like all day sunning. The lower level has a large entrance foyer, 2 bedrooms that have a partial view of the water and 1 bath. The house is decorated with bright island colors with many murals.
For your vacation pleasure, Rosa our housekeeper comes every day except Sunday (at no extra cost to you). She will do all cleaning from making the beds, to doing all household laundry. If you have some personal laundry just ask and she'll do it for you and even press it. Those of you who do not want to spend your vacation cooking or going out to eat every meal, we have a suggested menu in the house of meals that Rosa will prepare for you, she'll even help you shop for the food. For those of you that like to sleep in or want your privacy just tell Rosa and she'll adjust her hours to fit your needs.
The house is located only 50 yards from the beautiful white beaches and just a short walk into Playa Del Carmen and all the tourist attractions, restaurants and nightlife.

The house may be rented as a one, two, or three bedroom unit. The house is only rented to one group at a time. The rate breakdown is created to accomodate different size groups.
A three night minimum stay is required. Maximum occupancy is 7 people. Rates shown are in US dollars.
Deposit of 50% must be received to confirm reservations. Balance of payment due 30 days prior to arrival unless booking time is less than 30 days prior to arrival in which case total will be due upon booking. A $200 cash security deposit is due upon arrival that is returned upon departure after inspection of villa.
