Take your vacation off the beaten path in our "Tree House." Located in the community of Riverbend, the Tree House offers a secluded nest, high in the trees, yet still maintains a gorgeous view of Lake Lure and 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains. Inside the city limits of Lake Lure, you are conveniently near all the activities and amenities the area has to offer, but the quiet private roads of Riverbend ensure you a quality mountain vacation with no unwanted distractions or interruptions.
A luxurious great room with a 20 foot vaulted ceiling, sliding glass doors on every side, a fireplace with gas logs, wood floors, and wood paneling welcome you into a timeless tranquility. The master bedroom, with its own private bathroom and queen-size bed, has sliding glass doors which open directly onto the upper deck, giving you a westward view over Lake Lure to Chimney Rock and up the Hickory Nut Gorge.
The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and with the second bathroom, is located on the upper level. The third bedroom has a double bed and is on the ground level, giving the kids some privacy of their own, including their own bathroom. The family room on the ground level offers a full-sized futon sofa-bed. The fooseball table will provide hours of entertainment inside. Outside, you can enjoy a game of horseshoes.
A one-vehicle garage is attached to the ground level and contains the washer and dryer. The concrete driveway will accommodate up to three more vehicles. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the Tree House and there is a built-in doggy door between the upper and lower levels.
Since it is fully furnished, including the kitchen, all you need is your personal gear and provisions in order to relax and enjoy your Lake Lure retreat. Beautiful landscaping surrounds the house, yet the seclusion of the wooded mountainside provides you with many wildlife viewing opportunities.
The wrap-around deck, which can be accessed from all rooms on the second level of the house, allows you to relax in the patio furniture while taking in the breath-taking views. Our famous Fall Color Season, which runs from mid-October to mid-November, will surround you in flame-colored splendor. Mountain formations such as World's Edge, Rumbling Bald, Round Top, Bill's Mountain, and Buzzard's Peak beckon you from every side of this home. They are your own private postcard, from sunrise over Bill's Mountain to sunset over Hickory Nut Gorge and when the stars come out at night, you will be right up there among them!

April 1 through November 15... $850/week .. $200/night with a 2 night minimum.
November 16 through March 31... $650/week .. $150/night with a 2 night minimum.
Weekly rate applies at 5th night thru 7th.
$250 deposit required upon reservation; will be applied to total bill.
All reservations must be paid in full 7 days prior to reservation date.
No refunds allowed on cancellations 30 days or less from reservation date.
Deposit refunded on cancellations 30+ days out.
$50 non-refundable pet fee; limit two (2) dogs; cats on approval only; no birds or exotics.
