Point of View, once the private residence of the envoy to the queen, is a luxurious resort villa, located less than 10 minutes from Montego Bay. Situated on beautiful Reading Bay, a wildlife protected reserve, Point of View offers a spectacular view of Montego Bay to the east and gorgeous nightly sunsets to the west.
You will be greeted at the airport and whisked away to our tropical island paradise, where our staff is waiting to serve and pamper you. Our car and driver are always available to you; all meals are cooked to your specifications and served at your leisure. Onsite staff quarters ensure your 24 hours-a-day security.
Whether you choose our all-inclusive meal plan, or prefer to attend to your own meal preparation, there is no finer selection of fresh produce anywhere. Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee, served poolside with breakfast, is the best way to start any day. Local fishermen will bring their fresh daily catch right to the dock for your exclusive selection.

Services
Our full time staff offer a diversified menu based on guests' preferences as well as transportation for shopping or sightseeing excursions. You need only specify your requests.
The food is great, the staff are wonderful and you can enjoy all this in beautiful and secure surroundings, your private home on the ocean.
Available year round. All rates in US funds.
Accomodations:
Entire house - sleeps eight:
December to May, US $2,400 per week
June to November, US $2,200 per week
Penthouse suite - US $150 per night or $1,000 per week - single or double occupancy
Main floor suite rooms - US $100 per night or $650 per week - single or double occupancy
**Additional guests** in any suite, add $50 per person per night
Should the following services be requested, the fees displayed will be charged in addition to accomodation:

US $30 per day or $150 per week - single or double occupancy
Food allowance, according to personalized menu

The ground floor features a spacious living room, fabulous sky-lit dining room with wet bar and adjacent kitchen, as well as guest-suites and rooms which open onto the front verandah and oceanside pool just beyond.
We offer four beautiful bedrooms to choose from, all with splendid ocean views. If it’s just the two of you, you may prefer the upper penthouse suite, which features a kingsize bed, its own kitchen and living room, full bathroom, change room and private 40’x30' deck overlooking the pool and Reading Bay.
Downstairs facing the ocean are two other full suites, one with two double beds and full bath, the other with 2 twin beds and full bath that is shared by fourth bedroom, equipped with queensized bed. All bedrooms have television and cable service.

The Point of View boats, a paddleboat and 2 person Catamaran kayak, are at your disposal for a private tour of the serene Reading Bay, safe and beautiful, so clear you can see the bottom.

You may prefer to go sailing or deep-sea fishing – all are available to you upon request. Day trips to Negril’s famous 7 Mile Beach or to Dunn’s River Falls can be easily arranged for your convenience.
The area offers a selection of fine restaurants such as the Wharf House and the Reading Reef Club, both within walking distance, or Julia’s, which offers free door-to-door taxi service.
You may choose to walk across the road to Budhai’s Art Gallery where you can peruse the fine native paintings and other works.
If you are a golfer, the PGA class Tryall Golf Club, home of the Johnnie Walker Open, is conveniently located. Or if you’re in the mood for shopping, you can choose from the craft market, or a fine selection of duty-free shops nearby.
