You will find yourself in a secured gated Condominium Community that is nestled on the Colorado River across from the popular resort and gaming town of Laughlin Nevada. This unit is fully equpied with all of your entertainment needs, whether it may be surfing the internet, watching your favorite movie with surround sound, or playing your favorite video game. Bullhead City, with it's near perfect weather, is an excellent place for the weekender, winter visitor, or permanent resident.
There is more to do in Laughlin other then gambling; it's recreational living at it's finest with several golf courses, wonderful fishing in the Colorado River or Lake Mohave, and a vast amount of desert for the 4 wheeler or wildlife admirer. You can feast your eyes on the breath taking views of the casino lights and magnificent mountains from every unit. Set sail from the Boat Launch and leave your watercraft at the Boat Docking Facilities while you BBQ in the Picnic Area or spend the day relaxing at the Pool, Spa, or Beach. Done for the day or back from an RV trip, park your vehicle or toys in the 40 foot garage. Just a short trip away you can visit the Grand Canyon, admire the gorgeous Colorado River scenery, Hoover Dam, and of course Las Vegas!

US 93 north to I-40 west through Kingman. Take the Bullhead City / Las Vegas exit and turn right at the signal at the end of the exit ramp. Continue west taking the Highway 68 ramp toward Bullhead City / Laughlin. Highway 68 merges into AZ-95. Continue on AZ-95. Turn right on 6th St., 6th St. becomes Moser Ave. End at check-in office, 250 Moser Ave., Bullhead City, AZ 86429-5210.

From Southern California:
I-15 north to Barstow; I-40 east to Needles, CA. Exit on River Road cutoff, turn north for 22 miles on Needles Highway to Casino Drive and continue to the end just past the Riverside Casino then turn Right on to Laughlin Bridge/Bullhead City Parkway. Turn Right at next Traffic Signal onto Topock-Davis Dam Rd / AZ-95. Turn right on 6th St., 6th St. becomes Moser Ave. End at check-in office, 250 Moser Ave., Bullhead City, AZ 86429-5210.

Interstate 515, US 93/95 south through Las Vegas towards Boulder City. After passing through Henderson and the railroad pass, take ramp and turn right onto US 95 south toward Searchlight/Laughlin for 55 miles. Turn left onto NV 163. Head east for 19 miles. Continue to Laughlin Bridge/Bullhead City Parkway. Turn right on 6th St. 6th St., becomes Moser Ave. End at check-in office 250 Moser Ave., Bullhead City, AZ 86429-5210.
