Cute Cape Cod located at 336 Central Rd. Angola, NY 14006 on a private beach road with Beach access. Within walking distance to all the entertainment of Buffalo beach clubs like Mickey Rats but far enough away to watch the sun sets in harmony. Corner lot with plenty of parking, a large fenced in lawn. Aboveground pool Fire pit and back deck. Plus Horseshoe pits for some friendly competition. The bar area is a great place to keep your Vacation cheer. The spacious backyard is beautiful, and includes a quiet surrounding private porch, and a large charcoal grill for family cook outs and get togethers. Off Season Rentals available before Second Week in May & After September. Will also rent for short periods of time $780/month.
In-Season Rates:Week rentals run from 1:00 p.m. Saturday to 10:00 a.m. Saturday.
(Sunday to Sunday during off-season)
$350.00 security deposit In order to hold week of rental, and rental agreement required non-refundable if canceled 8 weeks prior to scheduled stay. Must be 25 and over to rent.
