Beautiful Brand New Construction Homes on Catalina Island! Perfect family getaway within walking distance to all Avalon has to offer! Whether going to the beach, going to one of Avalons great eateries, shopping, golfing, snorkeling/diving, parasailing, horseback riding, or just
sightseeing these are the vacation homes for you!
A beautiful mediterranean style duplex, with a warm and modern beach style interior. The front house master bedroom has a queen size bed (all goose down
bedding), a cozy (and romantic) gas fireplace, TV/VCR, and a gorgeous
deck overlooking the hills of Avalon! The second bedroom on this floor is perfect for kids or additional guests with twin size bunkbeds (goose down bedding), TV/VCR. The shared bathroom on this floor has a gorgeous porcelian tile shower with a jacuzzi tub! The laundarry facilities are also on this floor. The lower floor has a beautiful and easy to use kitchen with granite countertops. The living area has a TV, complete with DVD/VCR/ CD/Stereo, and leather queen sofa sleeper. Lets not forget a fireplace for
that cool winter night or just to warm up in the evening after a day at the beach! The bedroom on this floor has a queen size bed (again, all down bedding), TV/VCR, and a private full bath with tub and shower. There is a small area in front complete with a barbeque, or you can just pull up one of the chairs and people watch!
The Rear Unit has a large master bedroom with King size bed (down bedding), TV/VCR, gas fireplace, and a deck off the back. The second bedroom on this floor is also great for kids or additional guests. With a trundle bed (bunk-style with a twin on top, full below, and a pull-out full, all with goose down bedding.) This room also has TV/VCR. The shared bath has dual lavatories, beautiful porcelian tile shower with jacuzzi tub. The laundary facilities are also located on this floor.
The lower floor also has a beautiful and easy to use kitchen, with granite
countertops. The living area has a large TV, complete with DVD/VCR/CD/
STEREO/Surround Sound, and a leather queen sofa sleeper. Lets not
forget a gas fireplace! The bedroom on this floor has a queen size bed (again all down bedding), TV/VCR, and a private full bath with tub and shower. The rear patio has a built-in gas barbeque, patio set, and outside shower. Everything you need for your Catalina Vacation!
