Snow Raven Property Management is proud to offer Unit C206. Located near the Mt. Alyeska Ski Resort, this unit is brand new - recently completed in April of 2006. This luxury condo is a beautifully decorated and fully equipped to meet all your needs. Views are of Snow Raven Condos Bldg B and Some Mountains.

Additional Rate Information

1-4 People $225 Winter $275.00 Summer

December 16th - 18th, 2008 Rate $250.

December 19th - January 5th, 2009 Rate $300. with a 2 night minimum for Dec. 30th, 2008, through January 5th, 2009.

Winter Rates – September 16th thru May 14th

(with the exception of December 15th - January 1st, March 1st – April 15th, & Spring Carnival)

Summer Rates & Peak Rates – May 15th – September 15th, December 15th - January 1st , March 1st – April 15th, Spring Carnival.

Payment Options: Master Card/Visa; Cash

Check In: 4pm

Check Out: 11am

Deposits: Initial Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the Full Reservation will be charged at the time reservation is confirmed. Deposit payments to be made by check or credit card. You may use a ViSA or Mastercard to secure the reservation and pay by Personal Check for the reservation. If paying by Personal Check and in order to be a confirmed booking, the 50% Deposit must be received within 7 days of the booking and made payable to Snow Raven Property Management LLC. Remainder amounts are due 30 days prior to arrival.

Lodging Tax: 12%
