Snow Raven Property Management is proud to offer Unit B102. This Lovely ground floor Unit is beautifully decorated with style and flair. We have several other condos within this same building which makes these Condos perfect for large groups wanting to stay nearby each other. Views are of Mt. Alyeska as well as Parking Lot.

Winter Rates – September 16th thru May 14th
(with the exception of December 15th - January 1st, March 1st – April 15th, & Spring Carnival)
Summer Rates & Peak Rates – May 15th – September 15th, December 15th - January 1st , March 1st – April 15th, Spring Carnival.
1-4 People $225 Winter $275.00 Summer
December 16th - 18th, 2008 Rate $250.
December 19th - January 5th, 2009 Rate $300. with a 2 night minimum for Dec. 30th, 2008, through January 5th, 2009.

| Deposits: Initial Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the Full Reservation will be charged at the time reservation is confirmed. Deposit payments to be made by check or credit card. You may use a ViSA or Mastercard to secure the reservation and pay by Personal Check for the reservation. If paying by Personal Check and in order to be a confirmed booking, the 50% Deposit must be received within 7 days of the booking and made payable to Snow Raven Property Management LLC. Remainder amounts are due 30 days prior to arrival.
