This brand new, deluxe villa (apprx 1500 sq.ft.) with
patio is part of the
spectacular Grand Marina Villas of the Paradise Village
Hotel, in Nuevo
Vallarta. The building is freestanding of only 3 floors
and no common
bearing walls. Ours is the ground floor unit on the bay
side, which allows
you to walk directly out the patio door to the gardens
and pool areas,
with a walkway along the boat slips in the Marina.
The unit is tastefully furnished. Custom hand-carved
furniture is
throughout all the rooms. There are two full
bathrooms, a fully equipped
kitchen and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The kitchen is large and is equipped with a full size
stove, oven, and
refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a
blender for great
Margaritas. There are 2 telephones for your
convenience. Telephone use
is through the hotel switchboard. Charges for outside
calls will be paid
upon checking out. Your unit includes air conditioning,
two cable TVs,
and a combination DVD/Video player. A private pool
with a large palapa
and grill is available at the unit's location and is ideal
for entertaining
larger groups.
I ask your cooperation on use of the A/C unit. If you
use it, PLEASE do not
leave the doors and windows open. Usually the maid
knows when to bring
the dehumidifier into the main room of the unit and will
have it running.
You do not need to do anything with it, as it empties
itself into the sink
as the pan gets filled with the excess water the de-
humidifier has pulled
out of the air.
The unit's view faces the pool and marina with lovely
gardens in between,
and the boat masts beyond. This wonderful view can be
seen from all the
rooms.
The condo sleeps 4 quite comfortably when the queen
size Aerobed is
used in the dining/living room. The Aerobed comes in
its own luggage
case and can be wheeled to an area between the living/
dining room,
plugged in, then turn the knob and it inflates itself.
This unit is quite
unique in that it has legs which come out when inflated,
making it a
standard bed height.
The couch in the living room is a trundle style, which
has wheels on the
detached lower bed frame. It can be used for additional
sleeping for
guests. There is a larger/deeper mattress stored in the
walk-in closet
(sometimes it’s in the laundry room), which can be
placed on the frame
for additional comfort. This trundle unit can be used as
a single bed and
rolled anywhere in the large living room. The second
full bathroom can
service the additional guests.
The entire complex is a secure gated community, which
has 24 hour
Security service and also has medical doctors in an on-
site clinic on duty
24 hours a day, every day. There are no tall high-rise
buildings in this
complex, which makes the area more of a community.
The area is
refreshingly peaceful and quiet without the noise and
distractions of
high-rise living.
Also included at the private pool area is a Jacuzzi hot
tub and children’s
pool, and a large palapa with an outdoor grill, perfect
for parties. There is
a full sized mall right next door, outside the gates of
the marina complex.
Guests have use of the Paradise Village Hotel’s
amenities including their
restaurants, beach areas, gym, spa, pool areas and
tennis courts. The
hotel is a 5 to 7 minute walk from the property, or you
can call for a golf
cart ride to/from the hotel. Many fine hotel restaurants
are available in
the immediate area. Golf and shopping are minutes
away.
Nuevo Vallarta is in the state of Nayarit and is only 15
minutes north of
the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. Have your taxi
driver take you
from the airport to the Paradise Village Hotel where you
will check-in.
Then you will have the bellmen take you and your
luggage in a golf cart
to the unit at the Grand Marina Villas' private complex.

Our unit is very conveniently located to the Paradise
Village Shopping
center, just a few steps outside the gate of the marina
complex. The
shopping center includes a full super market (not a
poppa-momma
store), Banamex bank, a 24 hour doctor's office,
internet cafes, charming
boutiques, along with several types of restaurants.
Maid service is supplied before and after your stay.
One mid-week maid
service is provided for all stays of a week or more.
Additional Maid

request, for a small

If you choose, you may use the Paradise Village Hotel
tennis courts, a lap
pool, gym, spa and other facilities. Or, you may decide
you would just like
to enjoy your peaceful private pool area a few steps
from your unit at the
marina, away from the noise and the crowds.
There are always many interesting fun tours available in
and around the
Nuevo Vallarta and Puerto Vallarta area. They are too
numerous to list.
The hotel has a tour desk and they can give you further
information on
the tours. Usually there are special buses that will come
to the hotels to
pick up tourists for each tour.
If you are interested in going to downtown Puerto
Vallarta (Old Town,
Centro) there are buses leaving about every ten minutes
at the main
entrance of the shopping center next door. Total cost
with change of bus
is about $1.70 USD -- 12 pesos for the first bus, which
takes you to
WalMart or Sam's Club, which is where you can catch
the next bus that
goes directly downtown. Buses come by regularly and
the wait between
buses is usually only a few minutes. The trip takes
about 35 to 45
minutes, depending upon the traffic and time of day. A
taxi is faster and
costs about $17 to downtown (Old Town Puerto
Vallarta). Taxis' prices are
regulated and you can check with the hotel as to what
each ride should
cost. (Prices listed are apprx. and depend on the
current exchange rate)
There is also a water taxi in hi-season to take you to
downtown Puerto
Vallarta. You can catch it right next door to the
shopping center. The trip
to downtown takes about one-half hour. It's a fun ride
and it gives you a
chance to see the spread of Banderas Bay. There are a
variety of fares
depending on round trip or one-way, and whether you
want to go
downtown or to the Vallarta Marina. The boat leaves the
Paradise Village
marina approximately every half hour. Check with the
attendant as to the
stop you want and the fare being charged.
