Come share the enjoyment of our new home in Hawaii.
There will be many very nice new features to this 3 bedroom plus loft/3 bathroom condo. There is a full bedroom and bathroom downstairs with the master bedroom and additional guest room upstairs each with full bathrooms. The loft may be used for additional sleeping but is not considered a true bedroom. It will be furnished with a twin day bed with twin trundle. The bedding and linens will be of fine quality and the kitchen will be fully stocked with everything you need.
The downstairs lanai is covered, spacious and great for reading in the morning or relaxing in the evening. The lanai opens up to a grass area in front of the 8th green. This space is large enough to play frisbee, croquet, or let the kids run a muck. The view is north toward the Kohala mountains and will be nicely shaded in the evening for a comfortable outdoor dinner.
