Property Information
Anastasia Condominiums, a wonderful OCEANFRONT gated condominium resort, is located on Anastasia Island approximately 15 minutes south of historic St. Augustine, Florida. Each unit has floor-to-ceiling windows with sliding patio/balcony doors leading from each master bedroom and living room to a private balcony or patio overlooking the ocean. There is a heated community pool, tennis courts, a private boardwalk directly to the beach and three elevators. Some condos have wireless internet. Our gracious and enthusiastic staff is on site to assist you if you need help locating your favorite activity or very special restaurant.
A number of units have WIRELESS COMPUTER network ACCESS while others have high speed DSL access. Request one of these units if you are bringing your computer with you.
The building is the highest condominium on Saint Augustine Beach (7 Floors)and has 3 ELEVATORS to get you to the beach, heated pool or your unit quickly. There is on site rental management to answer questions and provide brochures and suggestions on local attractions and activities.
In the late spring, late summer and during the fall, we offer LOW DISCOUNTED RATES. Four night/5 day special rate packages are available as well as our normal 7 night rentals.
The well furnished rental condos in our oceanfront complex offer a wide range of amenities including cable TV, DVD players, coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer and all linens. Some of our condos have high-speed wireless internet or DSL lines (see the symbol by those units under “Rentals” in our website) and wireless internet is available poolside. A few units have special golf privileges. Check for the specifics of the condo you are reserving when you make your reservation since the amenities vary by condominium unit.

We are within easy driving distance of some of Florida's top attractions, such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center and the Daytona Speedway.

Master Charge and VISA now accepted both for security deposit upon booking and for rental charges at check-in. We do accept checks with proper identification.

| Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival on weekly reservations and 90 days prior to arrival on monthly reservations. There is a $50 processing fee for cancellation of confirmed reservations prior to this date. |

Maid fee is $55 for 2 BR & $65 for 3 BR weekly rentals. Monthly rental maid fees are $110 for 2BR and $130 for 3BR |
