Pure luxuary in this 5 star condo. This one, two, or three-bedroom, luxury condominium will be your favorite place to relax and enjoy the ocean, pool, nearby restaurants, exercise room, in-house theatre, and much more. AVAILABLE DATES UPDATED See our virtual tour of this beautiful unit. Minimum is 5 night stay during Fall, Spring, Winter, Summer min. is 7 night stay. We also have a 1 bd. at Calypso (sleeps 7) and 3 bd. at Sunrise Beach (sleeps 9) Sterling Splash to be completed in Nov. will sleep 9.

king bed-master,
king bed and murphy queen in lookout bedroom,

2nd master has it's own entry, kitchen,balcony and can be locked out to rest of unit and has it's own entry. This is why it can be a one, 2, or 3 bedroom unit. It has a murphy bed and king bed with kitchette.
Parking garage space under building space number 1.
We live in Panama City Beach and can help in many ways. We have prepared this brand-new condominium for having so many extras that you will walk away and say I want to return to this one. Every room is very spacious and well equipped.

We take a credit card number for reservations. We do not charge the credit card. You send deposit of 1/2 when you make reservations, and balance 2 week before. A damage deposit of $300. is a held separate check. Not cashed. We do have paypal if you wish to charge to credit card.
I do exchanges in acceptable places like San Diego, Houston, IMexico and Colorado. I will exchange my unit for a like exchange in fall, spring and winter. I have units available in Sunrise Beach, Calypso, and Sterling Splash. Call for updates on that. 1, 2, and a 3 bd. Save money by booking early.
