This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located on the sunny south shore of Kauai, at Poipu Beach. It is in a quiet location, with a view of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets. The condo is tastefully decorated and fully equipped for your enjoyment, with cable TV/DVD/VCR, CD with stereo, a fully supplied kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. High speed Internet access is supplied. It's a great place to stretch out and enjoy your vacation stay to the fullest.
Well located for all the wonderful vacation activities of Kauai, the Nihi Kai complex is across the street from the ocean, and a 5 minute walk to Poipu and Brennecke's Beaches with swimming, snorkeling and surfing. There are 2 tennis courts and a swimming pool, including a children's pool, on the site, and it is a 5 minute drive to 2 great golf courses. Many nice restaurants and shopping are nearby.

The rate for this 2 bedroom/2 bath 1250 sq.ft. condo varies depending on the time of year:
Regular Season: April 1st-December 15th $1050/week, or $190/night for stays of 5 nights. When staying more than one week, each additional night is $150. Cleaning charge of $140.. Minimum stay of 5 nights.
High Season: December 15th-March 31 $190/night. Discount of 10% for stays of 14 nights or more. Cleaning charge of $140. Minimum stay of 5 nights.
Hawaii Occupancy Tax of 11.42% applies to all stays.

It's a treat just to stroll the lush grounds of the Nihi Kai condo complex. Native plants are growing throughout. The swimming pool, including a chldren's wading pool is located at the front of the complex, just across the street from the ocean.
