A beautiful three bedroom, three bath home, furnished in lovely Mexican antiques, with den, bar, large dining room, and full kitchen located adjacent to the Mazatlan Marina directly on the beach. The condo is a very large, over 3000 sq ft, with a large patio facing the ocean. Unbelievable sunsets; six steps down from the patio is a beautiful beach and the Pacific Ocean. The condo is family owned and is rented only to people who want the very best. The large master bedroom facing the ocean has the sound of waves crashing plus soft ocean breezes.
When you unlock the large carved door, you face ninety feet of glass open to the deep blue Pacific Ocean. As soon as the first door is open, the roar of the waves transfixes you as they crash on the ocean rocks at your feet. Because the ocean draws you first, I will describe it first. The ocean patio is approximately 25 x 100 feet long, with a floor of stone blasted marble and a low marble tiled wall. This wall, made for sitting is the actual sea wall and holds back high waves. Descending from this ocean patio is six steps and your private locked door to the water. The steps are outfitted with an ocean shower to keep you sand free. The patio itself opens onto four rooms: the living room, the dining room, the study and the master bathroom. The patio is furnished with a dining umbrella table and four chairs. There is another cocktail seating with a cocktail table and an additional four chairs. There are also two custom made lounges for sunning.
The living room faces one twelve foot window on the ocean and is furnished in wicker and antiques and accessorized like the entire house in Mexican folk craft obtained throughout Mexico.. Off the living room is a beautiful kitchen done in old yellow Talavera tiles and full of Mexican antique plates. Yet behind this facade are drawers filled with everything the modern cook needs. Off the kitchen is a small garden area with a Mexican leather table for two for coffee in the morning.
The dining room has a massive old Mexican table that seats ten to twelve. It sits quietly under an old painted hanging chandelier from Telaquepaque. The walls are covered with a selection of old masks from the State of Guerra and opens onto the ocean on one end and the other to a large bar with a built in chess set and cabinet with Mexican glasswear. This area also features a wine rack and wine glasses. the walls here and throughout the house are painted an old rubbed Sienna with adobe trim around the floor and arches.
Off the dining room is a study, which again opens onto the ocean patio. The study is furnished with a huge hand carved chest from Telaquepaque that holds a huge selection of books, a TV, VCR, games and toys.
The Master Bedroom Suite alone is the size of the majority of condos in Mexico. It features a handcarved king bed overlooking a 12 foot door to the ocean. It has its own dressing room and walk in closet with safe. The master bath, again done in antique Talavera tiles, has a six by three foot Mexican Tub, a walk in shower and two Talavera sinks. Here and throughout the house, the floors are done in Mexican ties with hand painted Talavera tile inserts. The walk in closet hold two fold up beds for additional sleeping.
The second bedroom is called The Toucan Room and has twin beds, a six foot mirrored closet and its own private bath, again with hand painted Talavera tiles. The walls are painted in old Colonial Mexico with a blue hand rubbed base and a terracotta strip. This same painting is in the third bedroom, the Parrot Room which has a queen size bed and again its own private bath done in Talavera tiles.
Outside in the garden area is a shared heated pool, barbecue, fountain area and tennis court.

Christmas and New Year 50% Surcharge. Call for
Discounted Summer and Monthly Rates.
No spring break groups under 25 years age. Rates
include all linens, light daily maid service, heated pool, and tennis.
All rentals require 50% Deposit, with full payment 30 days before occupancy. Minimum stay is seven days. Refundable Security Deposit Required.
Minimum Christmas and New Years, 14 days with full
payment upon reservation. Check Out Time 11:30 am;
Check In Time 3:00 pm
