Property Information
Located on the top of a hill in one acre of fenced land, Arcavilla is the perfect holiday house for small or large groups and family gatherings. This Antigua villa rental consists in two levels , both with access to the terraces and pool with stunning view over Falmouth Harbour. It is possible to choose to rent one level only or the whole villa for two people up to 16 guests in total, all in maximum comfort. In the upper level , around an open patio, there are five bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a large living room,kitchen and terrace witha teak table for up to 12 guests. In the lower level there is an apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen and access to a gazebo with a round table where you can enjoy your meal looking at the harbour.
The italian owner will live in one side of the house, but you will have your privacy and, if you wish , you should agree with them in cooking delicious meals for you.
