Our lovely second floor one bedroom studio unit is spacious and private. It has a separate entry and a private open air lanai. The lanai has views of the mountains and lush tropical plantings and foliage. The elegant studio has vaulted ceilings and a plantation ceiling fan for cooling.
The one bedroom studio is decorated with new furniture in the Hawaiian or Asian style including an indoor glass top table and chairs. It comes with a new comfortable Queen Size bed. We provide cable TV, stereo that plays CD's and a DVD player for relaxing after your days of exploring, shopping or enjoying the many beautiful beaches. The electronics are housed both on and within a beautiful antique Chinese cabinet. You will also have a telephone for local calls to anywhere on Kauai and wireless DSL internet access for your laptop computer.
The bathroom vanity area is separate from the bathroom, which is very convenient for two people. The bathroom has a huge walk in shower. The floors in the bathroom areas are tiled.
If you prefer to relax on the private lanai you will have your own mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and flatware. Most items are housed in an outdoor cabinet for easy access. There is also a separate table and chairs on the lanai.
A safe is not provided in the unit for the safekeeping of your valuables. We do not recommend leaving your valuables unattended in the unit as the owner will not be responsible for any loss.
The Sandpiper Village is nestled on several acres of paradise in Princeville. The complex has a very large enclosed swimming pool area, a Jacuzzi and sauna. You can also barbeque in this area using the available gas barbeques. The Sandpiper Village is close to the Princeville shopping center and restaurants, jogging path and two lovely golf courses. The beautiful beaches are only a short drive away.
Princeville is a golfers paradise with the number one course in Hawaii (The Prince Course) and the number five course (The Makai Course). As a guest at The Sandpiper Village you qualify for golf discounts on both the world class 18 hole "Prince Course", ranked Number 1 in Hawaii and Number 43 of "America's 100 Greatest Golf Courses" and the 27 hole "Makai Course", Ranked Number 7 in Hawaii and also in the top 100 by Golf Digest. In addition, as a guest at The Sandpiper, you are offered a golf discount on all courses on the North shore including the world class 27-hole Makai Course (ranked 5 in all the Islands) and the 18-hole Prince Course, which was ranked number one in Hawaii by Golf Digest. The Prince Golf facility also has a lovely gym and fitness studio which is available to the public at reasonable rates.
Condobob's Facts On Kauai Beaches
The very best beaches in all Hawaii are located only 5 minutes from the bluffs of Princeville. They offer excellent snorkeling, scuba diving, wind surfing and kayaking. You can kayak up the nearby rivers that connect the waterfalls to the ocean. You can also hike the Kalalau Trail on the Napali Coast which is located on the North Shore of Kauai and see the breathtaking views of the mountains, waterfalls and the ocean. The North Shore of Kauai has some of the most beautiful scenery anywhere in the world.
Basically Kauai is a nature lover’s paradise. The most beautiful areas are still pristine with no houses or hotels and the better beaches are generally not directly accessible from condos, like Lumahai beach where scenes of South Pacific were filmed, or Secret Beach and many others. You cannot live right next to them close to the beach but must search them out and go to them and. Some are a 1/2 mile walk from the roadway and others are a few hundred yards down a slope or through the trees, etc.
Our very favorite private beach is 5 minutes from Princeville and is located on Hanalei Bay which has 3 miles of white sand coral free beach, and often has less than 50 people on the entire beach. There are a few mansions around but it is still quite private.
The North Shore of Kauai, near Princeville, has more of the best beaches in all Hawaii than on any other Island. It is 8 miles to the end of the road from Princeville and it is a nature's wonderland and a beach lover's paradise. You will find lovely Ke'e Beach at the very end of the road in a park setting where the Kalalau Trail commences. It is great for snorkeling and for little ones as the beach area inside the reefs and coral is wave free and a giant tide pool that is crystal clear.
If you are looking for Paradise, you will find that it is located on the North Shore of Kauai.You will never forget it once you have been there, a true Paradise.

Our regular weekly rate for the studio is $420 a week plus tax and cleaning fee of $55. We offer a discount price from 9/15 to 12/15 of $299 a week plus tax and cleaning fee of $55.
If you book for one week or more and you pay by credit card, check or money order we permit the payment of a deposit of 50% to book and the balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. All you have to do to complete your booking is fill out the registration form on our web site and select a payment option and proceed to pay by credit card, or simply forward your deposit check or money order made out to Robert C. Estes to web site address. You may also pay by PayPal by sending payment to kauai@condobob.com.
