La Jolla del Mar Complex, in Rosarito Beach, Baja California, houses our beachfront condominiums. This new privately guarded community is located 26 miles south of the US border crossing at San Diego. The drive takes you along a beautiful 4-lane coastal toll road (approx. $2.40 each direction). Local free streets are also available.
Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is 1345 of luxurious interior sq footage with an additional 300 sq feet of balcony. All condos have queen-size beds in both bedrooms. Additional pull out or rollaway beds are available to sleep a total of 6 guests.
All floors are neutral colored Porcelain tile or Travertine. Spacious kitchens are equipped with the latest appliances, granite countertops, osmosis purified water/ ice and even washers/dryers.
Each unit has a Margarita/ Slushy Machine and a propane BBQ for gracious entertaining. Ceiling fans are in all Living and Dining areas as well as in each bedroom. Central heat is provided for the cool winter months.
Condo 107 is located on the first floor directly overlooking a swimming pool and spa. This unit is extemely convenient for families with young children or seniors.
Units 1101 and 1201 are located on upper floors with panoramic ocean views. Adjacent staircases provide for easy and small access between units. This is an ideal situation for larger families or samll groups.

Our rates always include taxes and cleaning. You will not encounter any special surprise add-ons.
Check in is at 2pm unless exceptions are made in advance. Check Out is usually at 8pm so that you can enjoy your entire stay. (Based on Availabilty)
Reservation require payment in full for the unit to be held. A second check for $200 damage deposit should be included with the original payment. This check will be returned un-cashed once the premises is inspected for damage or "lost property" after your departure.
