Property Information
Newly constructed beautiful home on North Shore Lake O’ The Pines. Nestled in a quiet woodland, this 3 bedroom, 2 ˝ bath cottage faces west towards the lake. From our deck or screened-in porch, witness sky blue pink sunrises and brilliant sunsets. Stroll to the lake on a short country lane to the water’s edge.
The first thing you notice when you alight from your car is the quiet. You might hear a few birds chirping in the trees, or an occasional chattering squirrel, but the stillness is blissful after the hustle and bustle we all face in the city!
As you step in to the warm yellow interior of our cottage, you pass a half bath and enter the family room with comfortable sofa, recliner and chair and ottoman. To your left is a fireplace, with a seating area with two rattan gliders. Beside two windows looking out to the lane and woods beyond is an expandable dining table and chairs.
Our sweet blue and yellow kitchen is equipped with new stove and dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, dishes and cooking utensils to prepare anything from sandwiches to a full dinner. Double windows look out to the road at the front of the cottage and to the lane on the side. All you need to bring is your food!
Come, experience secluded lakeside living in this most peaceful setting. Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but the moments that take our breath away…

$189 per night, two night minimum *

* Rate for up to 6 people. For additional guests, there will be a $50 per night additional charge. $100/night extra for 10+ guests
** New year's, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas
How do I make my reservation?
First, check our availability on our Openings Calendar. Your reservation is held with your check for 50% of your rental total. Your check made out to Business Enhancements must be received within seven (7) days after your reservation is made. (If your check is not received within that time frame, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.) Granger Cottage is not rented to persons under the age of 25 and is a No Smoking property.
What is the cancellation policy?
Should you need to cancel your reservation, your check amount will be returned to you, less a $75 processing fee, provided that your cancellation notice is received three weeks prior to the date the Cottage was reserved for you.
