The condominium building is located in the heart of DC. Many convenient walking destinations including the Washington Convention Center, MCI Center, Martin Luther King Memorial Library, National Museum of Women in the Arts, Franklin Park, the beautiful revitalized Chinatown, Metro Stations, shops, restaurants, and more. Off-site parking is available. Approximately 10 minutes cab ride to White House, US Capitol, Library of Congress, Botanical Gardens, Kennedy Center, and so much more.
These condos are between 530 to over 550sq ft living space. Which includes one bedroom, one marble tile full bath, living-dinning room and fully appointed kitchen with maple cabinet and granite counter top. The bedroom is furnished with queen sized bed and a sleeper sofa or inflatable queen bed depending on unit in the living room. All bedding and towels are supplied.
The kitchen has a complete set of utensils, dishes, pots and pans, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. The condominium also has TV with Cable, and DVD player. High Speed DSL internet service is provided with international, local and long distance calls. Some countries will require a surcharge.

Closest Metro stops:
Mt Vernon & 7th - Green & Yellow Lines -- go out the front door and turn right to the end of street, turn right and go 5 blocks (just under the fly over at the
Convention Center).
McPherson & 14th - Orange & Blue Lines - out the front door to the left, at the stop light go right two blocks to 14th and turn left, 4 blocks to McPherson.
Both of the above connect with the main Metro Station.
Whole Foods - 14th & P Streets, they have an excellent wine selection and there is a Starbucks across the street too.

Clyde's - 202-349-3700, 707 7th Street (near Chinatown), Lively Sports Pub with good bar food.
Had Thai- 11th & New York Ave NW
Other Eateries & Nite Life (still relatively close - (if later evening $10 cab ride OR all general areas are reachable by the Metro + some walking)
Adam's Morgan - Jyoti Restaurant, 2433 18th St. NW (Main Street) outstanding Indian Food, ; Angry Inch - Nice locals' Pub; Madam Organ's - week-end live music -- but mainstreet has many pubs and different ethnic foods. Oh and Perry's for Sunday Brunch-- yummy! (Perry's if just off main (18th) but ask anyone to point you in the right direction).
Georgetown -- obviously a great historic area home to Old Stone House (oldest building still standing in D.C.) but Zed's - excellent Ethiopian food with local beers and decent wine selection; J. Paul's lively tavern - good American food (seafood, burgers etc.). Like Morgan, mainstreet has many choices to eat & play.
The Waterfront - Great area with an open air market where you can purchase just about any kind of seafood for dinner OR they will grill or steam for you to eat on the spot! Straight south along the water is the Cantina Marina, 202-554-8396, 600 Water Street SW @ the Gangplank Marina - Open air Tiki bar right on the boat dock area - decent food good margarita's with fun outdoor/beach party theme (plus you can see the Washington Monument in the background while you watch the sunset
Shopping, Sightseeing, Restaurants, Live Theatre, Museums, Specialty Shops, Transportation, There are 5 Metro Stations in walking distance, local bus and taxi cab also available.
