The spacious three bedroom/three bath oceanfront condo features a dishwasher, cable t.v.,w/d, an elevator, and safety-secured lobby. Both decks give a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean from it's seventh floor setting. There is a beachfront pool for your enjoyment and Barefoot Landing with it's incredible attractions and great dining are located just a short drive away. No smoking. No pets. No motorcycles.

Deposits: 50% at time of booking with balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Lodging Tax: 12%

Cancellation Policy: Your advanced rent received, less an administration fee of $75.00 will be refunded if you cancel , in writing 30 days prior to arrival date. If this requirement is not met, a refund will not be given.

Other Fees: $50.00 non refundable security deposiy waiver
