WEbster8 is a beautiful Spanish-style four-plex built in 1927, carefully updated and restored over the past five years, while still retaining its original character and charm.
We are located in historic Hancock Park, one of the truly beautiful original upscale neighbourhoods of Los Angeles. The area has numerous cafes, shops and fine restaurants within walking distance.
Each unit is exquisitely furnished with period antiques and reproduction pieces, crystal glassware, porcelain china and sterling silverware. All pieces were thoughtfully chosen and collected over many years of travel.
We have high-speed cable internet (cat5 and wireless), 3 TVs in each unit with over 400 channels to choose from. This is an ideal setup for a businessperson or entertainment-industry executive.
All utilities except phone included in price. Weekly housekeeping is provided and daily upon request. Tenants have unlimited use of the garden and cabana area with 50" plasma, poker table, treadmill and weight-set.
All units have two bedrooms, two baths, an eat-in, fully-equipped kitchen, private laundry room, dining room and living room. 2 bdrm units are 1650 sq. ft.
