Beautiful Las Palomas Resort Condominium on the Sixth Floor of the Rubi Building with outstanding ocean views. Two pools (one with swim-up bar/restaurant), Lazy River, Barbecues, and Water Slide. Elegant Restaurant and Bar, convenience store, and workout room, all located in the Rubi Building. Walk to 18 hole championship golf course right across the street. Our condo is in Phase 1 and there is NO construction going on there.
The Condominium is furnished in warm, rich, Mexican-style furniture and accessories. Upgraded electronics including 42 inch Plasma TV, DVD and CD players, and flat screen TV in bedroom.
