Enjoy the incredible beauty of the Sonoran Desert at this quiet, private, beautiful custom home, only 10 minutes from the 10 Freeway, 10.6 miles to the new Promenade Mall at Florence Blvd. in Casa Grande, and 40 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
2500 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, Santa Fe style custom home with an oversized 3 car garage and full hook up RV pad, on 2.5 beautiful acres nestled in the hills and saguaros NE of Casa Grande half way between Scottsdale and Tucson Arizona.
The master suite has a large jetted Kohler spa bath perfect for pampering. Furnished gourmet kitchen can be stocked (catering available) with your favorites. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bath and are furnished with comfortable queen beds and luxury linens. Keep in touch with high speed internet access, VOiP phone service (free long distance calls in the US and Canada) and satellite TV in the living room and master bedroom.
The backyard features a private pool, dining area, gas grill, and incredible views. Property is within walking distance to the beautiful hills and rock formations of North Mountain Park.
Quick access to Dave White Municipal Golf Course, Mission Royale, Tierra Grande Golf Club, Robson Ranch, and the legendary Francisco Grande.

Rental Rate Notes
Rates are based on availability and subject to change. There will be an additional charge of $50 per person added to the nightly rate for more than 6 guests.
Policies
All published rates are for occupancy of 1 to 6.
During the summer months--May thru September, there will be a $7 per day up-charge to cover air conditioning expenses.
Payment Options: Check, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Check-in is after 4 pm. Check-out is before 10:00 am.
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted in the enclosed front and rear patio areas with proper disposal of smoking materials.
Deposits
A $500 deposit is required at time of reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
A refundable $300 damage deposit is required at time of arrival (credit card payment only). Any & all loss or damage done to property or it's contents during your stay will automatically be charged to your credit card on file. Any replacements or repairs will be handled ONLY by management. Please report breakage or loss as it happens so that we might take care of it immediately for your comfort & convenience. We will also charge any additional damage or cleaning expenses to your credit card should the charges exceed $300.
Well behaved pets are welcome with an additional $300 per pet cleaning deposit.
Refunds
Cancellation prior to 90 days of the date of your arrival - 100% less a $250.00 processing fee if we are able to re-rent the property for the days you reserved at the same rate.
Cancellation within 90 days of your arrival - no refund of deposit money unless we are able to re-book for the dates you have reserved. If we are able to rebook the dates, you will be refunded your deposit less a $500 processing fee.
