From the moment you approach Poipu Villa Vista, a custom designed 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home set up on the rim of a dormant crater, you know you have arrived 'Somewhere Special'. The lushly landscaped grounds include orchids, tropical plants and palm trees that greet you swaying in the gentle breezes. As you step inside this tropically appointed home fresh orchid plants catch your eye and draw your gaze to a 40 foot wall of glass paneled mahogany doors which lead out into your very own private tropical garden with a lava rock sunken spa and pond with a walkway that winds you through a rainbow of colored tropical flowers and palms. Drift off to the sound of cascading waters that splash into the lava rock pond with water lilies floating atop while you observe the array of tropical birds that fly and perch in and out of the private garden. Or you may enjoy the spa after a long round of golf or tennis in the evening while gazing up at the stars and planets.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
$4,395.00 per week
$750. deposit required for all reservations.
Final payment required no less than 60 days prior to check in.
Cleaning Policy: $485 cleaning fee required. If you are staying longer than 2 weeks, the property Will be cleaned every two weeks and an additional cleaning fee will apply.
Cancellation Policy: Reservation deposit and pre-payments are Non-Refundable.
Security Deposit: A security deposit is required for all rentals.(1,000.00) The security deposit is Refundable if no damage/missing items. Security deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure. (Deposit returned minus $30 processing fee)

One week rental minimum preferred. Shorter rentals may have additional charges. Holiday time periods may have longer minimum rental.

Hawaii State Tax of 11.42% will be added to all rentals
January 1, 2007 - December 31, 2007 $4395 per week.
Plus $485 cleaning and all taxes
Please Note: Christmas 2 week minimum rates may be higher during holiday times.
