These modern apartments are incorporated in the newly built Marina Village at Marigot Bay in St. Lucia.
The Marina Village consists of seven wooden and colourful Caribbean style houses built around an attractive courtyard. The two and one bedroom apartments are located above duty free stores with max two apartments per building.
The twelve apartments are spacious and furnished to a high standard with beautiful views to the tropical gardens of the nearby five-star hotel resort, the Marina Docks, Marigot Bay and the Caribbean Sea.
They are within walking distance to the marina services, waterfront restaurants and bars, shopping and banking facilities, taxi and ferry services.
The closest beach is Labas beach just across from the Marina. A small ferry operates 24 hrs around the bay.
A PADI Scuba diving base is located in the bay.
Start your day sitting on the dock of the bay watching the ships go by, with freshy brewed coffee and a hot croissant from the baguette shop. Have a chat with the locals and get a feeling of Caribbean life.
The one bedroom apartments sleep one couple plus one additional person.
One apartment is located right above the Marina Dock with a 180°degree view to the hotel resort,the bay and the sea. The other one bedroom apartments have views to the resort, the courtyard and the bay.
All rooms have ceiling fans and AC.
The kitchens are fully fitted Italian kitchens with fridge freezer, micorwave, ceran stove top and oven. There is also a washer and dryer unit. The living rooms have tvs and dvd players.
All kitchen tools and linens are provided.
Maid service is included.
Off road parking is available close by.

All rates are subject to 8 % government tax and 10 % service charge.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Visa & Mastercard accepted, No personal cheques accepted
With confirmation of the booking a 50 % deposit is required. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. In cases where the reservation is made less than 6 weeks ahead of the arrival time, full payment is requested. For cancellations up to 6 weeks prior to your arrival, we will refund 75 % of your payments. No refunds are made for cancellations within 6 weeks before arrival. In order to avoid loss of deposits and to protect your health, security and valuable investment in your vacation, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
