Property Information
Enjoy living in a waterfront apartment watching the yachts coming and going, the breath taking sunsets on the horizon and capture the feeling of the Caribbean Way of Life.
The brand new luxury furbished one and two bedroom apartments are built around an attractive courtyard garden with convenient access to The Marina Village services which include: a restaurant, supermarket, French baguette shop, banking facilities, souvenir shops and boutiques. All tenants have access to the public amenities of the next door five - star hotel resort & spa complex. Taxi and Ferry services are available right outside The Marina Village entrance.
All apartments have fully equipped Italian fitted kitchens with: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, ceran top stove, washing machine, dryer, kitchen utensils, glass- and china ware and the usual appliances.
The shower bathrooms are modern with granite vanity tops, glass shower doors and entirely laid out with Italian tiles.
The predominant colours are beige, black and lagoon green.
All apartments are luxuriously furnished.
The design varies from warm hardwood furniture to crisp white bamboo, with decorations in nautical blue and white to shades of yellow, greens and red.
All rooms have ceiling fans and AC.
Additional Rate Information
All rates are subject to 8% government tax and 10 % service charge.
Rates for the two-bedroom apartments are based on - one bedroom occupancy; please add 50.00 USD/night for second bedroom.
Rates include: transfer from the airport to the apartment (one trip only),maid service and welcome package consisting of tea, coffee, mineral water, non-diary coffee creamer, sugar and household basics to start you off with.
With confirmation of the booking a 50% deposit is requested. The balance is due six weeks prior to the arrival date. We also request a 20 % security deposit against damages upon arrival.
There are no refunds for cancellations within the six week period; however we will refund 75 % of your deposit up to the six week period.
