Total of 7000+ square feet of Ranch Home and Multiple Southwest Guest Home space available on a walled and gated private Hot Air Balloon Ranch Villa Estate with over 100 Palm and Pine trees, thousands of Plants and Flowers, Private and Secluded Patios, Multiple BBQ Grills, Covered Pool, Spas, Go-Cart and Remote Control Race Car Track, Sand Volley Ball Court, 'Short shot' 18 Hole Golf Course, In-Ground Trampoline, Elevated 'Tree House' Gazebo, Out-door Kitchen, Exercise Room, Laundry, King and Electric Beds, and all in a country setting neighborhood in the center of Las Vegas 3 miles from the Strip and 6 miles from the airport. 1/2 block from Shopping Centers and Restaurants, yet seems like out in the country.
We have only one rental space available per month. We also have available limited limo service, airport limo pickup, butler/maid service, private chef, massage,and infinitely valuable personal or business consultation and coaching. We prefer catering to one or two Romantic Couples or Executives, however, our estate can sleep up to 30+ people for such things as small weddings, adult only reunions, business meetings and/or executive training. We have one dinning room/conference table that will seat 18 to 20 people in high back leather chairs - plus additiona tables and chairs to seat over 100 to 150 people outdoors.

Please book as far as possible in advance as we train and entertain celebrity, V.I.P. corporate and non-profit executive World Internationl Chamber of Commerce guests two to three weeks per month.
A Group Reservation for 30 guests for a one week period on our private walled and gated two acre Hot Air Balloon Ranch Villa estate with virtually unlimited activities here in the center of the the History Channel's "Number One Modern Man Made Wonder of the World" and National Geograhics "Number One Adventure Capital of the United States for 2007" - comes to as little as $50/day per guest.
We require a 50% deposit to confirm a reservation and the balance due and paid in full 60 days prior to occupancy.
We will refund up to 50% of the amount paid if there is an emergency cancellation ONLY if there is another occupant avilable at the same price. 50% of any unreturned funds may be credited to a future use of the property.

The Neighborhood
A small quiet country (county) area in the population center of Las Vegas without sidewalks where horses are allowed and you would think you are miles away from a big city. Still, only 1/2 block to restaurants, fast food, shopping centers, bars, clothing stores, 7-11, beauty shop, fitness center, etc. . . Multiply that times 10 within blocks and just minutes (walking distance - 3 miles) to the Strip. Six miles to the airport -and/or- Red Rock Canyon; great hiking, biking, climbing, and rappeling. 45 minute winter drive to Skiing and Snow Boarding, or 30 minutes to Lake Mead where you could rent a boat and speed all the way across the lake and into the Grand Canyon.
