Snowshoe Lodge is a cozy full log cabin situated on 10 acres with a private pond and Hot Tub.
The lodge offers 2 bedrooms, with fully equipped kitchen open to the dining and living area. The lodge sleeps four and includes such amenities as vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, fireplace, satellite TV, and a very large covered deck facing the pond and offering beautiful views of the natural surroundings. The lodge is open all year and provides ready access to the many hundreds of miles of Snowmobile Trails in Oscoda County and beyond. There are many miles of riding and hiking trails through the AuSable State Forest which is walking distance from the lodge. The Snowshoe Lodge is only 1/4 mile from the Jocacherra Lodge which would provide you with additional facilities for your family retreat.

Weekly:
Summer (May - August) $700/week
Fall (September - December) $700/week (Rifle season $800/week includes hunting privileges)
Christmas break $700/week
Winter (January - April) $600/week (may require 4 wheel drive for access)
Weekends when available (two night stay)
Summer/Fall (May - December) $350/weekend
Winter (January - April) $300/weekend
Additional nights:
$100. per night
All rates are base on two persons (additional $25 per week per person with Five persons maximum)
Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Snowshoe Lodge
Smoking is prohibited indoors and outdoor smokers must use caution due to fire danger

Fishing and Swimming with sand beach at Perry and Smith Lakes (5 minutes)
Snowmobiling and ORV trails (access from the lodge (snowmobiling))
Elk herd viewing (30 minutes North)
Hunt for Turkey, Partridge and deer during appropriate season (walking distance)
Plenty of Privacy if you choose to simply rest & relax, read a good book, enjoy nature trails, observe birds, or soak in a outdoor hot tub.
