Property Information
Riverbend Lodge on The AuSable River. Older log cabin
with new updates on a beautiful stretch of the river. Big
Pines and Spruce on approx 2 acres of private frontage.
Walking trails along the river and thru the woods and
approx 400 feet of groomed grassy river bank. Winding
stone pathway to private campfire spot on the property.
Cabin has all new kitchen cabinets and appliances
including stainless gas range, fridge, microwave, coffee
maker, dishwasher, etc. Snack bar with large pine
countertop. Full bath with new fully enclosed
tub/shower and new stacking laundry equipment.
Master bedroom on the main floor with french doors
opening to view of the river. Open floor plan with
vaulted ceiling and lodge pole rafters. Sleeping loft with
twin floor matresses and hid-a-bed sofa on the main
floor. All tongue & groove pine interior with old lodge
decor. The Lodge is open all Four Seasons for summer
and winter recreation and relaxation!

Summer/Fall (April - December) $950/week
Winter (January - March) $700/week
Weekends when available (two night stay)

All rates are based on two persons (additional $25 per week per person with Five persons maximum)

Other Unlisted Amenities
The AuSable River is one of only a few in the nation to
be designated as a "Scenic Wild River". It is widely
known for its fly fishing for Brook, Rainbow and Brown
Trout. The river is also exceptional for it's canoeing,
kayayking and tube float trips. You can take a float trip
ranging from a short 1 hour trip to a several day
excursion all the way to Lake Huron. Riverbend lodge
is located in the heart of the Huron National Forest with
Thousands of acres of riding and hiking trails
throughout the forest. Easy access to the famous
"Shore to Shore" riding and hiking trail spanning the
two Great Lakes of Huron and Michigan. Great summer
and fall horseback riding, walking and RV riding trails
(RV trails are designated as such). The Forest becomes
a "Winter Wonderland with many, many of miles of
groomed trails for snowmobiling. The lodge is open all
year for All Season Recreation and relaxation.
