Season Friday - Sunday Monday - Thursday
Spring (Apr 14 - June 12) $360 per night $300 per night
Summer (June 15 - Sep 6) $450 per night $380 per night
Fall (Sep 7 - Nov 18) $360 per night $300 per night
Ski Season (Nov 19 - Apr 13) $550 per night $470 per night
Cleaning fee is $115 for your stay.
City's TOT tax of 6% will be added to rental amount.
Spring Special: Pay for 2 nights and get 1 night FREE (excludes holidays).
Full-week stay: 20% Discount for full-week stay (excludes holidays).
Christmas: (12/17/2007 - 12/26/2007): $790 per night.
New Years: (12/27/2007 - 1/1/2008): $870 per night.
Other holidays: Weekend rate plus a $70 per night premium applies.
There is a $35 booking fee on all of our cabins.

Beautiful Woodwork Guarantees a "Mountaintop Experience"
This large split level home has two separate living areas. You will love the beautiful woodwork and the real stone fireplace in the living room where you can enjoy a nice fire or your favorite show on the cable TV with DVD and VCR. Or you can enjoy a game of pool or darts in the second living area with a beautiful open beam vaulted ceiling with its own TV center and woodburning stove. The kitchen is great and there is a separate formal dining area. This cabin is fully furnished with the conveniences of a microwave, gas stove/oven, washer/dryer, cable TV, VCR, DVD, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, sheets, towels, and phone.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have queen size beds. The fourth bedroom has a single bunkbed and a double/single bunkbed with sleeping for 5. . There are also queen size sleeper sofas in each living area, rounding our the sleeping for 15 in 6 distinct "sleeping areas."
