THE VILLA
This beautiful 4-bedroom L-shaped villa is located on a cliff directly waterfront and has a magnificent view over the ocean. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and king-size beds (joined twin beds) that can be separated upon request. Three of the four bedrooms offer ocean view and doors that open up to the terrace and pool deck. The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator.

Prices are:
1) Low season: March 16th, 2007 until Dec 14, 2007
High season: Dec 15th, 07 until March 15th, 2008
2) Per night prices. Week rate is 7 times the night rate.
3) Including normal usage of water and electricity, cleaning and linen.
4) Subject to 5% tax.
5) Minimum stay is 3 nights (7 nights during holidays).
CLEANING
The villa is cleaned two times a week, at which time linens and towels will be replaced..
ARRIVAL
A damage deposit of US$ 500 will be collected at check-in for eventual damages. Deposit can be paid in cash or per credit card.

The tropical furnished living is spacious and cozy with high ceiling, tropical furniture and decorations, a TV, stereo and telephone for your convenience. The villa has two dining areas; one in the living and the other one outside on the terrace, where you will surely enjoy your meals while watching the beautiful sunsets or the boats passing by.
In front of the villa you will find a well-maintained and tropical garden with colorful flowers and tropical plants. The spacious back terrace is partially covered. There are several pool chairs that are placed around the pool.
LOCATION
This villa is located on a private and secluded waterfront estate, at Rif St. Marie on the western side of Curacao. This location is just a short 20 minutes drive from the airport and 25 minutes from town center. The beach (a coral beach, excellent for snorkeling and diving) on property is less than 10 minutes walk or less than 5 minutes drive. There are two larger beaches within 10 minutes drive from this location.
